Engineering Manager
This "hands-on" position will be responsible for individual contribution and managing the product development activities for a growing department.
- Rapid conversion of customer driven requests into fully functioning designs.
- Take ideas from concept to manufacturing.
- Determine overall product strategy for process, design, and test approach.
- Work with manufacturing, marketing, sales, and end users to develop whole products.
- Provides guidance and training to mechanical and electrical Technicians and Engineers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in a technology related discipline or equivalent; MS/PhD preferred.
- 5+ years in product development for semiconductor process equipment or components and 3+ years of managerial experience.
- Process understanding of generation and control of steam and humidified gases from water and other low vapor pressure gases.
- A thorough, practical knowledge of piping systems, heat transfer, sealing technology, chemical engineering and software/hardware process controls.
- Ability to organize, schedule, budget, and lead projects.
- Dedicated and motivated to solve technical challenges that will be implemented within months in the market place.
- Have creative problem solving skills, excellent communications skills, and the desire to work in a team environment.
