Designed as a standard tube in shell configuration, its ability to be customized and rapidly modified is unparalleled today. This unique design eliminates the need for welding so individual tubes can be removed and replaced. For sanitary applications, this eliminates the need to repassivate the entire heat exchanger. Assemblies can now be built with stainless steel outer housing for strength, safety and durability, while the inner tubes can be virtually material from thick wall to as thin as 0.003".
